Processing time
We process orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times start once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

- EU: approx. 6–23 business days

Shipping carrier & tracking
We ship with international logistics partners. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at info@famoshop.com. Once an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Undeliverable shipments / incorrect address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
